Your Chief is available to provide support on both a remote and occasional in-person basis. The specifics of the arrangement, including the balance of remote versus in-person support, will be agreed upon directly with your Chief to ensure it meets your organization’s unique needs. This flexible approach allows for tailored support that aligns with your goals and operational requirements.
Billing is straightforward and transparent. You will receive an invoice on the first of each month based on the agreed-upon monthly rate with your Chief. Any additional charges, such as extra hours or travel expenses, will be itemized and billed separately. Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice, ensuring a smooth and predictable process for both parties. CEOpower is committed to making our partnership as seamless as possible.
Your Chief will track their own hours diligently and keep you informed if you are trending above or below the expected number of hours. This proactive communication ensures transparency and eliminates any surprises, allowing you to maintain control over your budget and expectations.
Your Chief will communicate promptly when the monthly allotment of hours has been reached. If you continue to have needs beyond that point and pre-approve additional hours, you will be billed at your plan’s agreed-upon hourly rate. This ensures that you remain in control of additional costs while receiving the support you need to achieve your goals.
They do not. With our business model, you are paying for the ability to retain a Chief for a certain number of hours per month, regardless of whether or not they are used. Your Chief will work to complete the full allotted hours, ensuring you receive the maximum value from your plan each month.
We encourage in-person visits when both the Chief and the client can make it work. These visits can be particularly beneficial at the beginning of a client relationship or for important team meetings and conferences. In-person interactions allow the Chief to build relationships, facilitate collaboration, and help plan or run events effectively. Clients are responsible for covering all pre-approved business-related travel expenses, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, and meals.
