Throughout my career as a five-time CEO across diverse industries, I often found myself wishing for a resource that could help me achieve critical goals: maintaining focus on the big picture by spending time with employees, pursuing new business and staying productive without being bogged down by the daily busy work and tactical activities necessary to run a company. An outsourced Chief of Staff service would have been invaluable—someone who could not only provide sound advice but also roll up their sleeves and help execute the work needed to move the company forward. There just simply not enough time in the day to get everything done that needs to be accomplished. I always wished I could clone myself.
Over the past five years, I’ve been fortunate to receive feedback from CEOs I’ve worked with, who consistently highlight how I’ve helped them achieve better life balance, boost morale and energy within their teams, and, most importantly, get real work done. This realization, coupled with my passion for helping others succeed, inspired me to create CEOpower. Now, I’m taking this company to the next level by instituting a team of other former CEOs who share the same interests and skills to be able to support other CEOs and C-suite executives.
